The World is facing change as it has never experienced before. The
arrival of digital technology and 4IR has revolutionized the business world.
The number of provider and courses available – traditional and online – has
mushroomed and people are being fed loads of information through social media
platforms, having to decide what they believe and what they don’t. Audiences
have so much choice today. Consumers now also have digital internet and social
media with which they can augment their entertainment, education and shopping
experiences. And now, we have a “new normal” where working from home is highly
encouraged, as the working world adjusts their homes and their lives. We have 5 generations working together in the
workplace and some are leaving without transferring their knowledge and skills.
The country needs new skills – skills that have never existed before. Learning
needs a new approach, with new knowledge and new competencies. People entering
the workplace, as well as those already working, need educational institutions
that researches change and future trends; that draws on those with the
hands-on, up-to-date experience; and that can see what skills will be needed
years in advance. Combined Skills Group will connect you with the right
training and the right trainer. We offer coordinating, facilitating, training,
mentoring, mediating, assessing, moderating and presenting services. CSG also
offers Skills Development consultation to assist clients with planning and
implementation of various learning programmes and internships.

Meet Our Team Members
Starting from a humble beginning Natalie has
achieved much in her life and strongly believes that ones positive attitude determines
ones altitude. She radiates happiness and positive energy wherever she goes, and
learnt to do so while working her way up from an entry-level job to the senior
positions that she now holds. Natalie has served on several boards for
corporates, NPC's and local government, and has
been instrumental in developing and facilitating vocational training programmes
across a broad range of industry sectors. Natalie has a passion for guiding and advising others
on skills development matters. She has a wealth of knowledge in life skills, human
behaviour, leadership and management and has a proven track record in
implementing many personal and employee development initiatives. Her active
involvement in skills development, with an emphasis on equality, empowerment
and transformation, has further developed Natalie’s understanding, empathy and
respect for society at large. To Natalie, integrity is key.
Natalie holds a Post-Grad Diploma in Management (UCT) specialising in Organizational Development. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management (Damelin) and a Certificate in Entertainment Law (UJ). She is a Master NLP Practitioner, a Transactional Analysis Practitioner and a SETA-certified Assessor, Coach, Designer, Facilitator, Mentor, Moderator, SDF (Skills Development Facilitator) & WBL (Workplace Based Learning) Practitioner (the latter is from the ITCILO & QCTO).
Always smiling, Stacey, gets things done! She is the one who will contact you before, during and after training to ensure all the correct documents have been completed and received. She is also responsible for our creative spaces. When Stacey isn't focusing on CSG matters, she's also runs a small business startup called DFT which is a printing company doing 'direct-to-film' as well as all sorts of apparel and corporate promo items. She and her biz partner are kicking up a storm in the world of printing. She also used to be an ice-skating coach for many years before relocating to the coast. Stacey has completed the Communication Skills and Coaching course with CSG.
Lebo loves helping everyone and she does this with a smile. You'll hear from her when you're asking for help and guidance. She's your first point of contact into the company and will refer you to the right person at CSG if she is unable to assist you. Lebo is a fairly new Mum and devoted to her cause. She can speak 5 languages and loves learning new things. She knows how to find that work-home life balance and has the utmost respect for her elders. Lebo has completed the Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills courses with CSG.
Sue's love for helping others got her into this position. She is overly friendly and caring and goes out of her way to ensure everyone gets what they need. Sue also looks outside to see where CSG can offer assistance in communities that need upliftment through training. In her spare time Sue runs a feeding scheme and is a seamstress in her spare time. That's when she isn't running her spaza shop or adopting another stray animal! Sue has completed the Interpersonal Skills and Coaching courses with CSG.
